Ready Set Travel Consultants
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of visa guidance and support services by Ready Set Travel Consultants (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “the client”).
By submitting an intake form, requesting services, or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Ready Set Travel Consultants provides visa guidance and paperwork support services only.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
Providing visa requirement information and checklists
Guiding clients through application forms
Reviewing supporting documents for completeness
Clarifying application processes and timelines
Preparing clients for submission
We do not:
Act as an embassy, consulate, or immigration authority
Submit applications on behalf of clients (unless explicitly agreed in writing)
Guarantee visa approval
Influence visa outcomes
All applications are submitted by the client directly to the relevant authority.
2. No Guarantee of Outcome
Visa approvals are determined solely by embassies, consulates, or visa processing centres.
Ready Set Travel Consultants does not guarantee the approval, processing time, or outcome of any visa application.
Refusals, delays, or additional requirements imposed by authorities are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
All fees charged by Ready Set Travel Consultants are for support services only.
Embassy, consular, VFS, courier, medical, translation, and third-party fees are not included unless stated otherwise.
Fees may change due to updated requirements, urgency, or scope changes.
Payment is required in full before work commences.
Proof of payment may be requested before services are rendered.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of visa support services:
Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a client chooses not to proceed after services have begun, no refund will be issued.
Refusal of a visa application does not entitle the client to a refund.
Pre-assessment fees (where applicable) are refundable only if no assessment work has begun.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide complete, truthful, and accurate information
Submit genuine and valid documents
Disclose all relevant travel, visa, and immigration history
Review all information before submission
Ready Set Travel Consultants is not responsible for errors, refusals, or delays resulting from incomplete, false, or misleading information provided by the client.
6. Timeframes & Urgency
Any timelines provided are estimates only.
Processing times are controlled by embassies and visa authorities and may vary without notice.
Urgent or fast-track services relate to our internal turnaround time only, not embassy processing speed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Ready Set Travel Consultants shall not be held liable for visa refusals, delays, losses, missed travel, or financial consequences arising from visa outcomes.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal information is handled confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including POPIA.
Client information is used solely for the purpose of providing visa assistance and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required to assist with the application.
9. Right to Decline Service
Ready Set Travel Consultants reserves the right to:
Decline or terminate a service
Refuse applications deemed unsuitable, high-risk, or outside our scope
Discontinue services where client behaviour is unreasonable or non-cooperative
In such cases, fees already paid remain non-refundable.
10. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
The version published on our website at the time of engagement will apply.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
